Danmachi with Haki skill - Chapter 3
Chapter 3: The Saitama Training Regime
Kaito stood in the courtyard of the Takemikazuchi Familia’s dojo, staring at the towering walls of Orario in the distance. The Dungeon loomed beyond them, a place of monsters, treasures, and death.
He had one month.
One month to get strong enough to survive.
Mikoto had warned him—”The Dungeon doesn’t forgive weakness.”
And right now? He was weak.
His Falna had given him Observation Haki, but his body was still that of an untrained rookie. If he charged in now, he’d be nothing but monster chow.
“I need a training plan. Fast.”
Then it hit him.
A grin spread across his face.
“The Saitama Routine.”
—
Kaito remembered it perfectly—100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run. Every. Single. Day.
No weights. No fancy equipment. Just sheer, brutal repetition.
“If it worked for Saitama, it’ll work for me.”
He started the next morning.
Day 1: Pain
– Push-ups: His arms gave out at 30.
– Sit-ups: His abs burned by 50.
– Squats: His legs turned to jelly at 70.
– Run: He collapsed halfway.
By sunset, Kaito lay sprawled on the ground, gasping like a fish out of water.
Mikoto watched from the dojo steps, arms crossed.
“You’re going to kill yourself before the Dungeon does.”
Kaito wheezed. “Just… watch me…”
Day 7: Adaptation
– Push-ups: 100—barely.
– Sit-ups: 100—with trembling abs.
– Squats: 100—legs shaking.
– Run: Completed—but barely walking afterward.
His body ached, but he could feel it—his muscles hardening, his stamina increasing.
And then, something strange happened.
As he finished his last squat, a transparent screen flickered in front of his eyes.
[STAT INCREASE]
– STR +1
– END +1
– DEX +1
– AGI +1
Kaito froze.
“Wait… did I just get stronger? Just from training?”
He clenched his fists. His arms did feel a little firmer.
“No way. The Falna responds to effort… but this fast?”
Day 14: Breaking Limits
Kaito’s routine evolved.
– 200 push-ups.
– 200 sit-ups.
– 200 squats.
– 20-kilometer run.
The disciples started calling him “Mad Dog” for his relentless training.
Mikoto watched, arms crossed, but said nothing.
Takemikazuchi occasionally glanced his way, eyes narrowed in thought.
And every day—the stat increases came.
[STAT INCREASE]
– STR +1
– END +1
– DEX +1
– AGI +1
Kaito also discovered Magic growth.
Since Mind’s Eye: Horizon drained magic power, he forced himself to activate it constantly, even when unnecessary—while eating, walking, even sleeping.
The result?
[STAT INCREASE]
– MAG +1
“Magic increases from using Skills… Got it.”
Day 30: The Final Test
A month had passed.
Kaito stood before Takemikazuchi, back bare for his status update.
The god pressed his blood to Kaito’s back—and then paused.
His eyes widened slightly.
“This…”
Kaito smirked. “What’s wrong?”
Takemikazuchi exhaled. “Your growth is abnormal.”
Then, he revealed Kaito’s new status.
—
NAME: Kaito
LEVEL: 1
STRENGTH: H (120)
ENDURANCE: H (120)
DEXTERITY: H (120)
AGILITY: H (120)
MAGIC: I (45)
SKILLS:

– Magic drains with prolonged use.
—
Kaito felt the difference immediately.
His muscles tightened, his reflexes sharpened, his body thrummed with energy.
He clenched his fist—and the air cracked from the sheer force.
Takemikazuchi’s gaze was intense. “No one gains this much in a month. Not without a Skill.”
Kaito grinned. “Guess I’m just built different.”
Mikoto, standing nearby, frowned. “You trained like a madman. But stats alone won’t save you in the Dungeon.”
Kaito stretched, rolling his shoulders. “Then it’s a good thing I’ve got this too.”
He activated Mind’s Eye: Horizon.
The world sharpened.
Mikoto’s next punch came at him—
And he dodged without looking.
Takemikazuchi’s lips curled. “Hmph. We’ll see how you fare against real monsters.”
Kaito’s grin widened.
“Can’t wait.”
