Chapter 13: Half destroyed Louge Town.
When Sin and others come near the port, they were got shocked to see, half-destroyed town.
Sin suddenly remembers that, to save Luffy, Dragon uses a very heavy wind attack on whole Louge Town.
“It looks like, Dragon has destroyed lots of things, and casualty are also pretty heavy.
Sin knows that no one in the whole world is without desires, and Dragon desire to rule the world. So, he is not without clean hands.
And in One Piece world, the most worthless thing is the life of the weak people.
Sin also let of all the girls who he rescued, when he landed.
Some girls tried to use multiple methods to join the pirate group, but they didn’t fit on Sin’s evaluation.
In four days, Sin can only practice his Observation Haki and See-See Fruit ability.
And as usual, his strength increased on a daily bases without exercising.
Sin checked his status.

Sin is really worried about his speed.
Everything is going nicely, strength is increasing, Stamina is increasing and durability is also increasing, but speed is really low. And if you can’t even touch your opponent, what the hell will you do with your strength?
But demons specialize in having an almost undead body, and not for speed. {Exceptions are everywhere}
Sin thought about a skill known as shave in Navy Six. This is a very good skill, if you want to increase your speed.
Sin shook his head and climbed down from his ship.

Most of the members divided into groups and spread out.
Logue Town is on a small island with a population of 182563.
The full island turned into a messy town where you can’t see the forest or river. This Island fully controlled by Navy and used as Marine main branch in East Blue.
Louge Town has rigid laws and law enforcement, which is predictable because this is the town of Gol D. Roger, the pirate king. Navy also executed him here.
Sin choose a random direction and started to stroll around.
Near the port is a market area, so Sin also started to taste some dishes around. But these dishes are definitely not better than Carmen food.
After sampling lots of dishes, Sin went into a pub to sit around.
Sin entered into the pub is pretty normally, but all the customers are staring at him like an idiot.
He didn’t care about these, and directly choose a good place to sit.
When he sat down, some of the guys in the bar started to chuckle.
“What do you need sir?”
A waiter asked.
“Bring out some good wine, and some snacks as well.”
Sin gave his order, and leisurely sit.
Sin activate his Observation Haki, and covered around 100-meter area, to get as much information as possible.
“This guy is an idiot.”
“Yeah, He sits on Bartolomeo sit. If he comes, he will definitely kill him.”
“But I heard that Bartolomeo Gang is divided into some terms.”
“Yeah, I heard that Bartolomeo went out of the Louge Town to become pirate and also took all member except one.”
“Who was left by him?”
“I don’t know actually.”
“Yeah, most of the town is destroyed by that damn Strom. Many of my guys are dead too.”
“Yeah, I don’t even have a home now. I have to make my house from scratch.”
“Hey, have you heard of a pirate, who was like a god?”
“Yeah, I heard it. Even some people are saying that the storm was also called by him.”
“These pirates really don’t understand the life of common people.”
“Yeah, these vicious pirates.”
“Hey, I even heard that Marine Captain Smoker also left the town. Now living in Louge Town will be much more dangerous than before.”

It looks like Smoker is not available in the town. It is much better because I can’t beat him without Armament Haki.

The waiter also comes with lots of wine bottles and some dishes.
Sin taste the items, and starts drinking.
Suddenly an angry voice comes.
“How dare you sit on out reserved sit, you Bastard?”
Sin turn and found a beautiful girl whose red hair that resembles Bartolomeo’s hair in shape. She wears a long blue coat resembling those of street thugs. Underneath, she wears a traditional Japanese sarashi binding and frilly light blue pants with the letter “S” in the center. She also wears dark red heeled boots and carries a Iron stick to attack.
“So, you are the famous Desire. I heard so much about you.” Sin smiles and continues to say, “You are even more beautiful than the rumor.”
Desire is already angry at Bartolomeo who left her behind. The most disturbing thing is that every friend of her follow Bartolomeo. She also wants to find someone to went her anger, and Sin directly presents himself.
