Nami eyes about to come out, when she saw Arlong lying to the floor.
She never dreamed that someone can actually beat him. Even she doesn’t have to much hope that Luffy can beat him.
Before Nami can answer, Sin changed his mind, and directly cut off the head of Arlong.
Sin didn’t want Nami to have nightmares about killing a person, even if this is Arlong.

Nojiko is still helping Luffy to come out of the pool, only Nami and villagers saw this scene.
Villagers are so surprised that they still didn’t come out of their dreams.
