Raj also followed him.

Raj looked around, and finally saw a reception like desk. A old uncle is sleeping on the desk.
Raj went to his side, and tried to wake up the old man.

Raj directly ignore the signs, and thinking about waking this guy up.

“Grandpa, wake up. I want a basic history book.”
After multiple trials, final old man woke up.
“What happened? I told you to not wake me up.”
Old-man look up, and found a stranger looking at him.

This old-man is Vegapunk, whose mutant ability is Computer Mind, but it has a weakness. Whenever he uses this ability, it consume his vitality.
If not for him to control his ability, and sleeping most of the time, he would have already dead.
Raj look at the old-man, and said: “Grandpa, I want to ask some questions.”
Vegapunk is already awake, so he didn’t plan to sleep anymore.
Vegapunk nodded.
“Can we find all information about this planet in these books?”
Vegapunk nodded.
“Is there any restricted books which normal people can’t read?”
Vegapunk shook his head, and said: “This is world top library, you can read whatever you want.”
Raj immediately turned happy, and asked: “Can you tell me the location of books related to Navy 6, Haki, summary of World History, and details of world current event.”
Vegapunk also got shocked when he heard this question. He looked deeply at this young boy, and finally said: “About world history and current event books are in that session, and fighting skill books are in that cornor.”
Raj got the information what he want, so he immediately went away.
Vegapunk didn’t continue to sleep, but curiously walk to side, so he can watch what this boy is doing.
Raj first went to history session, and pick the thinnest book.
This book only have 20 pages.
But what surprises Raj is that just after seeing a page, he remembers every single letter.
Raj only need to flip the page, and he remembers every single letter.
Raj can feel that his vitality is consuming, but regeneration ability regenerate the vitality.

Devil fruits are still there, but their ability are like Anime world. They can be like normal one-piece like power, or Naruto world bloodline like power, or mutant like power, or alien like power.
Now devil fruit are divided in Bloodline type, Mutant Type, Ability type.
Bloodline type will let your decendents have the same power. Mutant type will let your decendents have any random power. Ability type will not have any changes in your descendent.
After reading some books, Raj went towards the Current event books.
Raj immediately picked the book.
This books contains all major event happens in last 10 years.
Raj didn’t take more than 1 minute to finish the whole book.
But Raj forehead starts to cover with sweats.
This world Navy is just too powerful.
Marine Retired Marshal name is Gol D. Roger.
Marine new Marshal name is Rayleigh.
Marine Hero/Vice Admiral name is Edward Newgate.
Marine three Admirals are Kaido, Shanks and Monkey D. Dragon.
