Chapter 4: Garp happiness!
Dadan went inside the room, and took out a phone bug, and called Garp.

After thinking about it, Ban selected two characters. i.e Mutant Iceman or Sebastian Shaw.
Iceman power can help him beat Smoker, but it will also attract the attention of the Navy. Because this is the same power as one of the Admiral, Kuzan.
Sebastian Shaw didn’t increase his strength, but it will definitely help his at the most dangerous times, where he can absorbs almost any physical or energy attack towards him, and use that energy to strengthen his attack power. It is like a life-saving card.
But if no-body attacks him, and catch him and put him jail, he just can’t do anything about this power.
