Chapter 13: Platform 9 3/4
While searching and wondering, the seemingly long summer vacation seemed very short in Andros’s sense.
But he finally completed the task he thought of.
He finally have 4 of the 12 talisman.
Just problem is that, without the Tiger talisman, he can only activate one talisman at a time.
Which is really depressing thing for him.
Luckily Dog talisman is passive talisman, so this talisman keeps active all the time.
So his next talisman target is Tiger Talisman, which was hidden somewhere in Texas.

Because his two talismans were deactivated, then his magic power is suppressed by 100x times.
Which makes it even more depressing.
But he can’t do anything.
He just have to wait for the Christmas holiday, and collect the Tiger Talisman.

But he can’t do everything himself, so Andros sent Martha to study in Muggle world, while he himself concentrate on increasing his strength.
Combination of both Muscles and Money are the best thing in the world.
He wanted more to grasp the context of the times and invent some objects that will surely be popular in the future, and this obviously has a considerable degree of knowledge in various disciplines.
And Martha also have too much interest in studying the Muggle world, so she was pretty happy to comply with Andros wishes.
In short, this summer vacation was very fulfilling.

“Hey! I found it!” Excitedly, Hermione took her parents to the wall and said her thoughts.
The adults were a little unsure, but after getting a positive answer from the wizard’s parents before, they let go.
Hermione was praised by the parents, and looked at Andros in full swing.
This was obviously Hermione showing off to Andros.
Andros reluctantly shook his head slightly, and took out his wand to apply “Rebound” Spell on his body, and took the initiative to bravely pushed his luggage towards the wall.

Hermione nose immediately faced upward like she is genius, and said: “Yes. I learned total 13 spells in just 1 month.”
Andros nodded his head, and he was convinced by Hermione’s talent.
Even Andros himself able to learn only 4-5 magic spells properly.
“Do you know about Ministry of Magic?”
Hermione nodded her head, and said: “Yes, I read about them is almost every magic book. They are like government of our Muggle world. But why are saying those random things…”
“Yes, they are exactly the same. But you know, Ministry of Magic has department called Improper Use of Magic Office. They trace any underage kid uses magic outside the magic community.”
“Even if someone uses magic near the underage kid, they will be alerted.”
Andros keeps on explaining.
“So what!! I was using magic in whole summer holiday, but no one caught me.”
“Because your body doesn’t covered by Trace Magic. And when you entered into Platform 9 3/4, this Trace Magic was applied on you.”
Hermione face is turned pale.
“Don’t worry, this magic is completely harmless. And it will automatically break when you turned 17 years old. And before you turned 17, you can’t use magic outside magic community, Otherwise Ministry of Magic will expel you from Hogwarts.”
“What? This is illegal!!!” Hermione shouted in horror.
Andros smiled and said: “Don’t worry, this kind of Trace Magic is applied on all underage magic user. And it is harmless.”
“What should I do? What should I do?” Hermione started to panick, and somewhat blame herself to not study regarding this.
Andros moved his hand around his locket, and a book appeared in his hand.
“How to avoid Restriction of Underage Sorcery”
