Chapter 17: Visit by SHIELD

“I’m done everyone.” Bobby had already stepped in after speaking, and ran alone.

“What’s wrong with him, these days are always mysterious.” Sam said in doubt.

“That girl just suffered a kidnapping and was in a fragile moment of heart damage. How could that boy miss this good opportunity.”

“You’re talking about Anna.” At this point Sam finally responded.

“Except who else can she have, that girl is really nice, but … it’s a bit daunting.” John said with a complicated look. He also liked Anna at first, until he saw her uncontrollable power.

John immediately retreated from the girl, but his roommate was getting closer and closer to the girl after that, which made John suspect that he didn’t want to kill by the girl again.

While talking to John, a young girl sat in front of the two. She was wearing a green jacket and a long black hair shawl, and she had a very striking white hair in front of her.

There is no doubt that the girl in front of her is Anna.

“Hello, I’m Anna. Of course, you can also call me another name, Rogue.” The girl in front of her smiled at Sam.

“I heard Bobby say, you call Sam, you are his roommate.”

“Oh, it seems that Bobby’s luck is bad, and he just missed his girl.” John whispered to Sam.

“Thank you for that day.” The girl said sincerely.

“It’s nothing, it’s just a small matter.” Sam nodded calmly.

“Well, didn’t you come for Bobby?” John, curious, suddenly heard this.

“I’m …” Anna said with some doubts in her voice. Of course she came to find Sam, thank him.

But now John is clearly inconvenient, and I don’t know what the reason is. Professor X specifically approached her and told her not to disclose the day’s events to others, so this made Anna a little bit confused.

“Did someone just mention me?” Bobby’s voice came at this moment.

Seeing Bobby sitting next to Anna, John froze suddenly. “Bobby, you’re not … oh!”

I saw another breakfast in Bobby’s hand, and Sam could only be sighed, this boy … very good and strong.

“Sorry, I got up a little late. I didn’t expect that you have already eaten almost.” Bobby said, winking at Sam, that is self-evident.

Although it’s wise to go a little further at this time because of the fear of being mischievous, but as an opportunist, it’s also necessary at this time …

“Cough.” Sam coughed twice intentionally, looking earnestly at Bobby.

“Bobby, I happened to have no money when I came out. You borrowed twenty dollars from me last week to buy Coke. Is it time to pay it back?”

“Twenty dollars? Buy Coke?” Bobby glanced away and made a joke, the price of your Coke, or do you want to say I bought a dozen? This is too hard.

“I remember it seemed to be ten dollars.” Bobby gritted his teeth and pulled out a banknote from his pocket.

“So, I may have misremembered it.” Sam took the money and said that after he had finished eating, he stood up and dragged John out of the cafeteria.

“Good job, man!” Drinking the extorted Coke, John gave his thumbs to Sam.

“Come on, where to go next, and go around.” Sam said, turning to look at John.

“No, I’m going back to play games, Remember to bring me a lunch when you come back at noon.”

Hearing this, Sam did not force it, but went to the yard alone, and found a chair to bask in the sun, enjoying the life of not attending class and scholarship.

But this comfort only lasted for a while, and a figure came over, blocking the sunlight on Sam. Sam fixed his eyes. This is a white man in his forties, wearing a suit with sunglasses and carrying a box in his hand, with a short inch head and a slightly high hairline.

And the most noticeable thing is his height, um … he almost just crossed the shoulder of Sam.

In the United States, the height of one meter seven or eight, he barely claims to be of medium height, and the one in front of him …

“Who are you looking for?” Sam said squinting.

“I asked Professor X, the principal of the Xavier’s Academy for Gifted Youngsters, to introduce myself. My name is Phil Coulson and I am a Level 7 agent of SHIELD.” The middle-aged man said that he had found the credentials from his pocket.

“SHIELD, Coulson.” Sam sat up and heard what the famous agent was doing at the mutant school at this time.

“I just came to this school. It’s pretty place, but it seems a bit big, and it’s a bit troublesome to find a way, so ~ can you take me to see Professor X?” Coulson smiled at Sam with a sign.

“Come with me.” Sam waved at Coulson and walked towards a building.

“Thank you so much.” Coulson immediately followed Sam.

“Can you tell me your name? I mean we might get to know each other.” It seemed to prevent embarrassment along the way, and Coulson asked to Sam after a few seconds of silence.

“My name is Sam.”

“Thank you so much for your help, Sam,” Coulson thanked again.

“The school you are in is very good and has a historical charm. It just seems a bit deserted. Is it a holiday now? The students don’t seem to be many.”

“Almost.” Sam said in a vague manner.

“Then you just stayed on school during the holidays. I also like to stay on campus when I was on vacation. I found a few buddies who drove to Liberty Island in the evening and secretly bought alcohol and drinks. To be honest, although I am also a government Personnel, but I think the law of drinking at the age of 21 is simply nonsense …”

Along the way, Coulson, who had opened the box, was literally endless. Sam had never thought that Coulson is actually a chatter box.

Fortunately, Coulson is very decent. Every time before Sam starts getting impatient, he will definitely change the topic. Sure enough, mastering the art of speaking is a prerequisite for becoming an excellent agent.

No, this guy isn’t just trying to get information out of my mouth, thinking of this Sam can’t help being more cautious. Fortunately, this distance is not too far away, and in a short time Sam came to the professor’s office.

“It’s Sam, come in.” Professor’s voice sounded in the ear of Sam, Sam’s body could reflect the threat of material energy attack by default, and Professor’s mental power was not judged as a threat. In addition, Sam is no longer unfamiliar with Professor X, so in the end, this voice passed smoothly into Sam’s mind.

Squeak!

A slight sound sounded, and Sam pushed open the door, and a reflective back head appeared in Sam’s field of vision.

“Thank you for bringing this guest to me.” Professor turned the wheelchair and looked at Sam with a smile.

“You are Professor X. I’m Phil Coulson, SHIELD Level 7 agent.” Coulson once again showed his credentials skillfully.

“SHIELD wants to talk to you about the last few days.”

“So is it you who want to talk to me? Mr. Coulson, I did not despise you, but obviously SHIELD should send someone who is more able to speak.” Professor X said calmly.

“You’re right, but in fact I’m just a parcel delivery person.” Coulson said without changing his face, and went to Professor X’s table and opened the silver metal box on his hand.

At this time, Sam discovered that this box turned out to be a computer. He saw the dark screen flicker at the moment it was opened, and then … it turned black again. Don’t get me wrong, the computer is not dead, but one-eyed bald head man appeared on the screen, similar to the halogen egg.

Alas, this year is more scary than one.

“Hello, Professor X, I haven’t seen you for a long time.”

“Hello, Chief Fury.”

Inside and outside the screen, two bald men in black and white greeted each other, and a very important meeting and talk were about to discuss whether there is an inevitable connection between balding and becoming a big man. History calls it “bald meeting” .

Uh … Okay, don’t hit me, I admit that the last sentence was made up.
