Chapter 18: Nami Scared By The Bounty
“Hey, news bird!” Nami noticed the news bird flying in the sky, and immediately said, “Please bring me a newspaper!”

If he unable to hit it, then he needs to create a nen ability specially for that.
Its just his guess is that there are 90% chance that he can hit it. Because ‘Ten’ skill is exactly like Armament Haki.
Armament Haki, is a form of Haki that allows the user to use their own life force to create, in essence, an invisible piece of armor around themself, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities.
Ten (“Envelop”/”Shroud”) is the process of keeping the nodes open, but also having life-force flow through and around the body rather than away from it. Ten maintains youthful vigor and reduces one’s aging. Ten is also the most basic defence against emotional Nen attacks, and it also offers protection against physical attacks.
Both of them are same.
And Logue Town is the place where he can test it.
