Ayan enter into the base while he is Zetsu mode.
Ayan plan to first disable the big cannons, which might attack and destroy their ship.
As for destroying and killing everyone on the Marine Base, he never thought about it.
He is not a mass murderer. He only attack when he was attacked.
Plus marines in Logue Town are actually good people.
While walking from the window,
Ayan glanced at the Roger Execution Platform, and narrowed his eyes. He really wanted to witness Luffy’s miraculous scene with his own eyes.
If it really doesn’t work, he’s just trying to save people.
